The Intellectual Property Center is a unit specializing in auditing, accounting, registration, administration and the rules for using the results of intellectual activity of rightholders, communities and corporations. The Center monitors the Internet in Russia for violations of intellectual property rights, monitors the presence of counterfeit, violation of license agreements or unacceptable use of images and trademarks of companies.
The Intellectual Property Center is a corporate regulator of the permissible use of trademarks.
